Singapore ATM "Garden City" mis-programmed denomination

Here is an interesting mis-programmed denomination of the Singapore ATM "Garden City" issue. The "c" of cent is mis-programmed in the SAM (ATM) machine and printed instead as a "~". This error shows up for all the "cents" denomination: 5c, 10c, 20c, 30c, 45c, 50c, 55c, 65c and 80c. The other values (1st Local, 2nd Local and dollar denominations) are not affected at all.
